"Not only does this gym have practically every piece of equipment you could want or need, it also has really friendly and knowledgable staff who will do you a personal fitness plan to help you achieve whatever goal you want. It caters for all ages and abilities. I get constant support and advice and never feel uncomfortable in this gym as I have done in others.
There is also a ladies gym for any women who would prefer to exercise in a more private setting. There are also other classes and I particularly enjoy spin classes with the lovely Jem. Thanks to Kate and her team for encouraging me and I am now fitter than I have been for the last 20 years.
